Delicious "Never Stir" Peach Cobbler

- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 29 oz. can Margaret Holmes Greer or O’Sage Peaches, drained
Melt butter in a deep 2 qt. baking dish.
Mix together flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour into the middle of the melted butter but do not stir.
Then pour the can of Margaret Holmes Peaches (drained) into the middle of the batter. Do not stir.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F and serve warm with ice cream.
