
The South's Best Burrito

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- garlic salt
- 1 27 oz. can Margaret Holmes Fancy Tiny Field Peas, drained
- 12 flour tortillas
- shredded cheddar cheese for serving if desired
- shredded lettuce for serving if desired
- chopped tomatoes for serving if desired
- avocado for serving if desired
- radish for serving if desired
- salsa for serving if desired
- sour cream for serving if desired
- fresh lime for serving if desired
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in skillet on medium heat until beef is fully cooked and crumbled into tiny pieces. Drain fat. Season with garlic salt (or other seasoning) to taste.
- Add can of Margaret Holmes Fancy Tiny Field Peas. Continue to cook on medium/low heat until peas are hot.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill tortilla with meat and peas mixture, and add your favorite toppings (our recommendations are in the ingredient list). Fold & enjoy!
