Delicious "Never Stir" Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 29 oz. can Margaret Holmes Greer or O’Sage Peaches, drained

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a deep 2 qt. baking dish.
  • Mix together flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour into the middle of the melted butter but do not stir.
  • Then pour the can of Margaret Holmes Peaches (drained) into the middle of the batter. Do not stir.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350°F and serve warm with ice cream.
