
Delicious "Never Stir" Peach Cobbler
This recipe has been tested by competitive cook and recipe developer Michaela Rosenthal.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 29 oz. can Margaret Holmes Greer or O’Sage Peaches, drained
Instructions
- Melt butter in a deep 2 qt. baking dish.
- Mix together flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour into the middle of the melted butter but do not stir.
- Then pour the can of Margaret Holmes Peaches (drained) into the middle of the batter. Do not stir.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F and serve warm with ice cream.
